2. Eligibility

This platform is intended for members, mentors, and representatives of FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) teams. You confirm you are authorized to represent the team number you register.

3. Accounts & Team Representation

  • Only one account may be created per FRC team number at this time.
  • You must ensure profile information and links are accurate and appropriate.
  • We may revoke or restrict access if misuse, impersonation, or malicious activity is detected.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No posting of prohibited content (harassment, hate speech, malware, exploitation, illegal activity, or sexually explicit material).
  • No attempts to scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
  • No misrepresentation of affiliation or unauthorized use of trademarks.

5. Content Ownership

You retain rights to content you submit (team descriptions, links, media references). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and display that content for platform functionality.

6. External Links

Team pages may contain external links. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or security practices of third-party sites.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may request removal of your team page via official contact methods.

9. Disclaimers

FRC Tree is an independent project and not officially endorsed by FIRST. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
